"To master yourself, you must first discover your true strengths”.

Quite often I cross path with this phrase “To master yourself, you must first discover your true strengths”. The literal meaning is easily comprehended, while the rediscovery process is baffling and difficult.
I had started my PG MBA program and the first thing my professors asked me was, what’s your strength? (Remember the phrase I was talking about when I started, this will haunt you until you find the answer)
During this quest a helping hand was extended from a company named DHARMA LIFE SCIENCE who focus on an individual’s holistic development through various professional and personal development programs.
Why do they do so?
Because their entire mission is to help people being a better version of themselves.
The company operates purely in the digital space, all the mentoring guidance are provided over call and mobile application.
So, the first interaction with DHARMA LIFE SCIENCE was over a telephone call that lasted well over 45 min, believe me I speak very less and I was wondering how this lasted 45 min.
Let me break it for you it was a mentor that was over the line who was very keen on understanding my personality trait.
Now that’s some serious scientific technique towards helping me understand my strengths.
Meanwhile I felt as if I had outsourced the challenge of understanding myself to an expert, don’t we do the same when we encounter a challenge?
We hire a specialist to solve it, so did I and in my case DHARMA LIFE SCIENCE played the role.
Post the call within a week my next call was scheduled and the best part I get to pick the slot as per my convenience that means all of you out there who think your schedule will be a hindrance to try this wonderful company’s services, I say it will never be a problem.
The second session of mentoring over call cleared my cluttered head as I understood a lot about my innate self and how certain aspects where desirable and certain other undesirable, with this understanding my Student Leadership program began.
The child within us still needs its play time and with this program I was able to play games and restructure my personality towards being a better version of myself.
After four weeks of DHARMA LIFE program I am finally able to reap the benefits of rewiring myself.
Again, I will leave you guys with a thought “To master yourself, you must first discover your true strengths”.
